Fees:

Our office is fully computerized, utilizing the latest software for case management, ensuring a lean and efficient operation.  Our low overhead allows us to pass the savings on to our Clients.  We carefully control our case load to allow for more personalized service for each and every Client.

The initial consultation is a low fixed fee, only $125.00 for approximately 1 hour - paid at the end of the session.  A retainer agreement is required for representation.  The amount of the retainer depends on the complexity of the case.  Mediation session payments are made "pay as you go" at the end of each session.
